5 FIELDS WITH LIGHTS AND FENCES. NEW BALLS WILL BE PROVIDED! ALL POOL GAMES 1HR 20MINS FINISH THE INNING. ALL BRACKET GAMES 1HR 30MINS FINISH THE INNING. 3 POOL PLAY GAMES INTO BRACKET SEEDING.

Tournament Information/Rules:

All games will be governed by NFHS/PGF rules. For Pool Play, teams have the option
to bat as many players as they want with free open subs. All subs must be given to the umpire. Integrity of the line-up must stay intake unless a change is given to the umpire as a sub. For bracket games, straight
NFHS/PGF rules will apply.
2. A coin flip at home plate will determine the home team. The home team will be the official
scorekeeper. All lineup changes must go through the plate umpire. Both teams should
check the umpires score card after the game. Time will start right after the coin flip.
3. Dugouts – For pool play, first come first serve. For bracket play, the top of the bracket to
occupy the third base dugout unless a team from the prior game is in the dugout.
4. TIME LIMIT – All pool play games will be 1 hour and 20 minutes, no new inning. All single
elimination games will be 1 hour and 30 minutes, no new inning. Championship games will
have no time limit.
5. RUN RULE – All games will have the following run rule: 10 after 4, 8 runs after 5 innings
and 6 runs after 6 innings.
6. TIEBREAKER – Tie-breaker will begin at the top of the 8th inning or time limit.
7. Seeding Tiebreaker: 1. Head to Head, 2. RA (Runs Allowed), 3. RS (Runs Scored), 4. Coin
Flip.
8. If ejected a coach must sit out the next game.
9. Protest to be handled on the field by the UIC of that site, a tournament official and the
Umpire who made the call. There will be a $100 protest fee to be returned if the protest is
upheld.
10. No infield practice inside the chalk lines between games. ABSOLUTELY no activity in the infield area
when ground crews are prepping the fields.
11. INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY – If tournament gets canceled due to inclement weather,
a 20% administration fee will be charged and remaining entry fee will be refunded by
check.
12. Teams are required to be able to submit a complete team roster at anytime to verify age. No players may be added to the roster once tournament play has begun.
13. Team Managers will be responsible for all persons including players and
coaches as well as spectators associated with their team.

- Games will be played at the following locations:
Hanford Sports Complex (Tournament Headquarters) –1226 Centennial Dr., Hanford, Ca 93230
- No outside foods/beverages except one team ice chest with sport drinks and water is permitted
at the Hanford Sports Complex. No alcohol, scooters, rollerblades, bikes, skateboards or dogs
are allowed in the facilities.
-DAILY GATE FEE: All players and 4 coaches will be allowed in for FREE!
Gate fees are
$8.00 adult (18-64), $6.00 senior (65 & up), $4.00 Child (6-17), and Free (5 & under).

**Team Managers will be responsible for all persons including players and coaches as well as
spectators associated with their team.
NOTE: Unsportsmanlike conduct will not be tolerated!!
NO overnight RV Parking allowing in the parking lots.
